A practice rooted in research, taught at the national level
For nearly two decades, Dr. Mindy Parsons has worked with couples and families navigating the moments that change everything: the conversations that keep going in circles, the transitions no one prepared for, the silences that grow louder with time. Her practice in downtown Delray Beach is built around honest, structured therapy that still has room for warmth.
Mindy holds a PhD in counseling education from Florida Atlantic University, where she also served as adjunct faculty. Her doctoral research focused on sand tray therapy with adults living with neurocognitive conditions, the kind of close, careful work that demands real evidence. That same care shows up in every session: an Adlerian foundation, integrative methods, and a clinician who has spent years training other clinicians.
Whether you're a couple looking to repair after a hard year, a family trying to find a new rhythm, or an individual exploring sand tray as a different way in, you'll work with a therapist who is nationally respected by her peers and quietly devoted to her craft.
